Logfile: /home/httpd/vhosts/domain.com/statistics/logs/access_log
WARNING: (7025-323-385) Log file does not exist or is not readable.

Any ideas? I've tried switching between ncsa and wc3 format, but no luck. Maybe a custom filter?

anyone?

I ran into the same problem. On my server the 'logs' directory used to be in /home/httpd/vhosts/domain.com/ but was moved to /home/httpd/vhosts/domain.com/statistics/ when I used the auto-installer to upgrade to Plesk 6.01. Urchin does not have read permission for the 'statistics' directory. I got it to work by adding read permission for others to the 'statistics' directory (chmod +u statistics). This is probably not the best way to fix the problem but at least got it so Urchin would be able to process the log file for now.

this is happening to many urchin4's that have had no changes on the system.

it looks like urchin4 itself contains a bug. not sure if it happened on a specific day, or is random, but it's happened to several of my servers.
