Although before the 24th they were updating regularly on a daily basis...so what's gone wrong? What can I do/run to get it running on a daily basis again? Because this is ridiculous, I'm unable to view latest statistics...

Go into WHM and go into 'Tweak Settings' Change the number of load before suspending logs to 10. It sounds like your server load may be hitting 2-4, and It just suspends creating logs.

Hmm that's weird, usually my server load is 0.4 to 1.1 never any higher...

It may be 1. Try to go to tweak settings, and disable, then reenable the stats programs.
