ok, if you are talking about, Clients (resellers) giving his domains access to the control panel.

this can be done using the "domain user" option.

you have to check a the checkbox "allow domain....." and set the password.

the domain will access the panel using the domain name as username and the password that you set as password.

like:

username: charly-pollo.com.ar
password: iluvchikens
