remove clients ability to see preferences button
is this possible? i'm sure i'm sure i'm just setting something up wrong.
also wondering if being admin i should have access to the master area.. whatever that is.

you can hide the preferences button, by simply replacing the preferences image with a blank image. Easy!!

not exactly the answer i was expecting.. lol.. is there a options type way? .. even with a blank button they can still click ..

IMHO, you dont need hide that option sice the client cant modify it, just see it.
when you click in preferences you can modify the information, but, when a client click on preferences he only can view.
its like domains, domains only view their preferences and clients can modify the domains preferences.
i cant imagine why someone dont want his clients looking their preferences, and it seems that plesk cant imagine also...EMHO of course.
