I just got started yesterday with a P4 server and cpanel. I needed to add the Zend Optimizer and Zend Accelerator and both appear to be functioning properly through phpinfo().

However now I can no longer access either cpanel or whm. I tried using easyapache but that did not resolve the problem.

Is there a way to 'reset' cpanel to its original configuration? The cpanel service can be stopped, started and restarted with no errors.

I think the issue was a firewall at the other location I used to access the site. Everything is functioning properly.
