I have had boxes with Rackshack for some time, and I am a very satisfied customer. I just took advantage of their server sale and picked up a nice box running Cpanel.

Problem being, this is my first time running Cpanel. I am used to Ensim, as well as the older and cheaper RAQ set up.

I am curious who people have used to help with their set up? I need someone to go in, set up my box, update everything, get everything running secure etc.

Basic stuff really... as well as possible a more graphical interface so it's idiot proof for me to add/change domains etc.

Also curious stats wise what people like... please don't say webalizer, webalizer is a rookie stats program, I am needing something with real power.

So who do I use? Any ideas?

So.... 44 replies and nobody has a clue as to who to use to set up a Cpanel box? When i had my last box, an Ensim... it was easy to find companies to do the work. I would think the cpanel is similiar, being Unix based and all... a few changes but nothing major.

Mystery...thanks for the post. I have used Urchin and I need it to do a great deal more than smiple stats. I need something that a top 10 (or whatever # i set) listing of files being downloaded per domain, the ip address downloading the most from say, a pay site etc. I used to run a program that did all this, but it's name escapes me right now... I'll find it though. It's easily the best I'd used in the past. Damn.... hate that when it slips your mind.
