I had manually set-up an domain/account on my Cpanel.
Things were not working right so I Terminated the account.

I have the site on a Ensim server so I decided to try to tranfer the site via WHM.

When I try to transfer the site WHM continues to tell me that the user already exist on my Cpanel server.

I have deleted all zones that reference the domain, restart bind, Apache, and finally reboot the server but I'm still recieving 'user already exits'

Perhaps related to the first entry.

After terminating the account, MYSql usernames are still on the system.

How do I remove them?

Went into my ensim server and changed username for account.

Worked great
