I desperately need to get something done. If I can't get this fixed in the next 24hrs, I'm pretty much done for. Anybody that can help with getting this thing going-let me know what it will cost me. I have posted several times with questions about getting this going. I don't know how to telnet; I only went with dedicated service because everyone I host with seems to disappear and leave me hanging. My service being down has already cost me over 3,000 and I'm running on fumes. I have tried all day to figure this out, researching everything I could; I'm fairly certain it is something simple that I am missing. Thanks.

I got it figured out; thanks for the help. One of your users recommended a program called putty which allow me to do the fix. Silly me couldn't figure out how to telnet. Thanks again.
