Is anyone reselling Geotrust certificates? I have customers who I would like to offer them, but I was wondering how some of you go about doing the verification and if there is anything I need to know to get started.. I know Comodo offers a reseller plan, but its still much most than the Geotrust certs here and you don't need to put a large deposit here either.

No one here resells there certificates to customers? I am just basically trying to make sure it is legal to do that and seeing if anyone has any suggestions on the easiest way to do it.

Guess not. icon_smile.gif

I know when I see listings for them, the site host includes it as part of their package as a bonus. I haven't had anyone ask here yet so I can't you what I'm going to do yet.

We were a Geotrust reseller but RS sells them too cheap to compete. If you are a full service firm, then you may be able to sell them. The commissions were not that great as of last year to make it worth while.

Somebody corrects me if I'm wrong, but I believe that vivo is thinking of cashing in on Rackshack's loss leaders

Reselling RS certs may not be legit. You have to be authorized by GeoTrust to sell their certs. Re-selling certs purchased at RS proably breaks some licensing agreements.
