What IP would be the right IP? For example if 222.33.44.111 were my servers IP such that
https://222.33.44.111:2057 calls up WHM, I want something other than that default Apache page to display if somone goes to
http://222.33.44.111 which is what happens now. I dont understand what to change.

On my server the document root is set to:
/usr/local/apache/htdocs
So, that is the index page. Chage the pages to whatever you want the page to look like.

I put an 'blank' index.html page in that directory (the one Got-Hosting soke of). This index page had a META redirect in the HEAD section and an OnLoad redirect in the BODY tag. Both redirects send the user to my real site. Depending on the browser one of the two should be recognized.
