I just installed Urchin per the Rack Shack instructions but now the link in the user's cPanel does not work - it returns an error page saying, "Urchin CGI Report. Error Encountered (1000). "

I assume this is probably because Urchin was installed in /usr/local/urchin4 when the server came from RackShack. When I did the install myself, I installed it to /usr/local/urchin per RackShack's recommendation.

How can I get the link in the customer cPanel to point to the stats properly? Or, do I reinstall to the urchin4 path? If so, will I be able to re-use the license?
