The issue basiclly is that the email accounts under a specfic domain have vanished. But they are still viewable if you login into SSH, the files containing the accounts are there, they just don't show in cpanel. This only happened after I transfered the account from one server to another. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

did you try re-creating the accounts?

there is roughly 30 accounts and its not my site but rather a client of mine, I was hoping there was an easier way, also I don't know the passwords that were set for each email account.
