You mean bind in serverstatus?? i see the bind status is "up"

On the other hand, adding an A entry for my host name have the same problem -- Zone xxx.net does not exist, a new zone for server01.xxx.net will be created.
ndc: connect failed: connection refused
Created DNS entry for server01.xxx.net
Add Complete .

log into SSH and run this command....

change directory to /scripts

run ./fixndc

you may need to run it a few times, but it will fix the issue.

It is posted somewhere, but here is Rackshack's fix:

/scripts/updatenow
/scripts/fixndc
/scripts/fixndc

You may have to run the fixndc 2-5 times if what I have heard.
