On every single cpanel server that I've ran, no matter what, users with unlimited addon domains, will have addon domain privileges removed (automatically for no reason) by cpanel. This removes their E-Mail accounts, and their addon domains. Is this a known bug?

I don't want to make so many posts... so I'll just put this question on this one, as well:

Is it possible to dedicate one of the four virtual CPUs (dual xeon) to a single process? I would like one process running SSHD at all times and nothing else, in case the server is overloaded as it was before and I could do nothing.
