I have been trying to set up MRTG graphs for a while now.. I have everything set up and installed.. But i don't understand what it wants for the "community@DNS" variable. And i don't understand how to run it... Can someone help plz.. its urgen.. I searched this forum and found almost nothing on it...

Also, the mrtg that RS provides (in membes area) seems to be linked wrong. My ip is 64.246.11.121, and the link given in members is http://www.rackshack.net/bandwidth/workdir...4.246.11.250_21 -> it goes to a 404 page.

When I signed up my MRTG graphs linked to a wrong IP address aswell. Then the link to bandwidth stats was removed from my members area page... Still not back, RS tech's say they are working to add/fix it for everyone..

damn I really need the MRTG graphs.. on the bright side, the BW usage isn't working either.. keeps saying 0.00 GB

I setup MRTG to get its data from a shell script parsing /proc/net/dev... It seems to be working great. It runs as a cron job every 5 minutes. I got the info on how to do it from these forums.

I have Linux/Plesk.. can u help me set it up? I have been trying all day..
