Can anyone tell how to create subdomains in plesk. I am not able to create subdomain in plesk.

Please help.

Just create a regular domain - except you probably want to disable the www

In the domain name you enter sub.domain.com as opposed to domain.com

A sub-domain will use one domain of your license

i don't have access to create a regular domain, i am a end user and don't have root access.

I tried in my account and no provision for creating a subdomain. Please help.

You can't do it as a regular domain user on Plesk
