NEW - iHelp PSA Multi Server Version
We have a NEW version of iHelp ready for you. This new version
is for those running Plesk servers. You can now manage all your
support on multiple Plesk servers from one copy of iHelp.

The multi server version can be installed on any server, DOES NOT need
to be a Plesk administored server.

iHelp will remotlye check the usernames and password on the server
the clients account is on.

Tickets are kept on the server iHelp is installed.

- Clients login is the same as Plesk CP login
- Unlimited numbe of techs
- Multiple administrators
- Admin can answer tickets
- Remotely manage support for multiple PSA servers
- Client can open emergency ticket if there account is not responding
