Is this what I can preview my sites on, http://IPADDRESS/~username right?

I am getting this page cannot find server.

Why am I getting this & how do I fix this error?

username = site admin username?

It works fine on my server...??

Try adding a / at the end of the URL:

http://IPADDRESS/~username/
