I can't seem to disable annonymous ftp login for any of my sites, why wont cpanle let me remove these users?

Also, when i create mySQL DBs cpanel always gives them retarded names that include the user name.. is there anyway of overriding this?

in WHM click Tweak FTP settings

at bottom click disable anonymous ftp

You can't override MySql DB user name. Infact adding site admin username to DB name and user simplifies managing your clients DB's.

according to my WHM it IS dissabled... yet i'm still quite able to log in.. under all my domains including the box's IP.. i can't figure it out..

I already posted the fix to this problem. It was about the first msg i posted when the new Cpanel thread when into existance. Do a search of the forums please.
