No... The closest thing is mail groups, which are managed through the Plesk interface. Here's the description of Mail Groups from the PSA 2.0 manual:

For example, if you want to send the same message to five people in the programming department, you can create a "Programming" email group that includes the individual email addresses for all five staff members.
