well I got the ssl for my.server.com to work.. but when I try to ssl into WHM my.server.com:2087 I get plain.rackshacks.net ssl cert with the error not vaild cert.
Does anyone know where the WHM and Cpanel ssl certs and keys are? There must be a link that I am missing that wants port 2087 to use there dummy LIc.

Well, did a reboot and the problem went away:)
Compared to Ensim, cpanel has so many frickin options and control over the cp.. This is gona be fun..

Yep, I explained how to fix that in the How-to on messy SSL's. 
Most people reboot when all else fails anyway. But usually by that time I've messed up something else trying to fix the original problem. In which case my server never comes back up from the reboot.
