I'm thinking of starting with a $99/month server with probably 512 and a 20 GB hard drive just to get started.

If I need more power/space, are hardware upgrades available?

How much to upgrade from 512 to 1GB of RAM later?

How much to add a 40 GB hard drive later?

How much to get more than 8 IP's? (I believe I read somewhere that 8 IP's are free).

incase it wasnot clear on the upgrades page, the intel can have a max of 512mb ram and the amd servers are capable of 1gig ram. unfortunately we donot have a cpu upgrade (im guessing that is what you meant by more power). the prices for harddrive and ip addons are listed on the upgrade page. also, i believe the policy of 8 free ips has changed. you may need to check with askmesurfer@rackshack.net as that is where you would go to request more ips.
