whe i order a server (with ensim) comes the server ready to use or do i need to install/ update any software ? (for. e.g MySQL PHPMyadmin etc.)

You think you have good one they just restoresd both servers I have with them and only the Ensim was to be done. Lost a months worth of work setting them up and all 50 accounts on one server. The both now are screwed up and can't access them at all. I have been down now for about 8 hours clients with no web sites. Great isn't it.

Questions:
1.) How clear were you with them about which server was to be restored. Do you have it in writing (email?)

2.) Are they offering you a generous credit for the mistake?

3.) What kind of backup strategy are people using here. It sounds like backing up on the local server is not enough. What are the other options for backing up both data and the server config?

I gave them the account number that server and the IP for the server.
The Plesk is up and running now.
The Ensim they now have problems and they are going to be talking to Ensim today.
