Just to make sure this will work. I am using my dedicated server here at rack shack as as NS. All domains will be hosted on this server as well.

Main Server IP is:
207. 44. 216. 55

The additional IPs I was given for nameservers are:
207. 44. 217. 205
207. 44. 217. 206

Domain pcrhosting.com DNS:

pcrhosting. com. NS ns1. pcrhosting. com.
pcrhosting. com. NS ns2. pcrhosting. com.
ns. pcrhosting. com. A 207. 44. 216. 55
pcrhosting. com. A 207. 44. 216. 55
webmail. pcrhosting. com. A 207. 44. 216. 55
ns1. pcrhosting. com. A 207. 44. 217. 205
ns2. pcrhosting. com. A 207. 44. 217. 206
ftp. pcrhosting. com. CNAME pcrhosting. com.
mail. pcrhosting. com. CNAME pcrhosting. com.
www. pcrhosting. com. CNAME pcrhosting. com.
pcrhosting. com. MX 10 mail. pcrhosting. com.
207. 44. 216. 55/24 PTR pcrhosting. com.

Server DNS:

. NS ns1. pcrhosting. com.
. NS ns2. pcrhosting. com.
. A
webmail. . A
ftp. . CNAME .
mail. . CNAME .
. MX 10 mail. .
/24 PTR .

Then in my registrar I set NS1.pcrhosting.com to point to 207. 44. 217. 205, then set ns2.pcrhosting.com to point to 207. 44. 217. 206.

Then again in the registar, I set my actual domain (pcrhosting.com) to point to ns1.pcrhosting.com and ns2.pcrhosting.com.

This should work, correct?

Thanks a lot for the help

Looks good, just a couple of things i noticed:
Make all your cnames to A records. You will need to tell RS to create the PTR records for you.

I haven't changed the CNAMES to A records yet, is this why?

Its working for me (I'm able to resolve your domain name to the IPs posted in the first post), you?

telnet pcrhosting.com 80

Trying 207.44.216.55...
Connected to pcrhosting.com.
Escape character is '^]'.

Converting cnames to A records will not affect your DNS (except for some mail servers that do not resolve cnames), its just a matter of making the DNS resolutions a little quicker and more efficient. This link explains cnames better than I can:
