On a Plesk RPM install
My /etc/proftpd.include file is 0 bytes.
Is this correct or is there supposed to be something in it?

proftpd.include is for you to use if you want to include things into the proftpd configuration....so if you don't know what to put in there...dont' worry about it....you don't need it..
