This issue is still unresolved, but you simply closed my thread.
Here is what you sent to me in an e-mail:
Dear customer,
Thank you for your email. During the sign up process the back buttom might have been clicked. But please purchase a new Certificate and then email me the new Order ID. I have already sent notification to Geotrust to make sure that the first certificate is cancelled/revoked. Once I recieve notification back from them I will process the refund back to your credit card for the first certificate.
1. I did not hit the back button. DUH!
2. I tried to signup again, but your form hangs or times out.
3. Forget it - I'm going to InstantSSL.com
4. You need to refund my credit card
