Anyone experiencing any ftp problems? i can login using domain.com but not ftp.domain.com. Is it rackshack?

Do you have an A record pointing to ftp.yourdomain.com pointing to the named based hosting IP ??

yeah, they're pointing to an IP. i think it's rackshack that is screwing up.

Ladyhawk wouldn't it be easier to do a CNAME for ftp pointing to the domain name instead of an A record pointing to the base IP?
Like ftp.domain.com CNAME domain.com
Or is that an RFC no-no like the default setting plesk comes out with for mail.domain.com using a CNAME instead of the RFC compliant A record?

Not sure if it is a NO NO like the mail one, but I always use A records.
