I'm having a problem with Webalizer on my box I recieved a few weeks ago.

Here's the issue:

If I create a domain (name based BTW) and wait 1 day for Webalizer to run the webstats I see the following things:

1) When I launch the webstats for the new domain I see webstat summaries for both February and March. I recieved the box in Feb. but why would this brand new domain even see this? It was created 2 days ago. FYI, I see the same number for Feb. on every domain on the box.

2) If I click on February it gets a 404, which is good I suppose because there should not be any stats, but still it should not show the February link at all.

3) If I click on the link for March, it goes to the March stat page, however, if you look at the day by day breakdown it will show traffic from all days in the month. If the domain was created 2 days ago, why would it show traffic from March 1st?

4) On the same March summary page, where it lists the most accessed URLs, it is showing up with file names that are pages on other domains on the box.

Is it possible webalizer is using the IP and not domain names to calculate the stats? I have not changed the conf file at all, but I'm assuming mine must not be configured correctly.

This happens for all domains (3) and they are all name-based.

Can someone post their conf file so I can compare mine?

I seem to be having the same problems with my RS box plus webstats don't work for http, only https, but they still are not really working then. RS tech support thought they helped me but then I noticed domains (viewing stats in https) where showing stats for months before they where made. Something is messed up here. RS pretty much told me to try their forum for help since they didn't know anything else. I'll be calling PLESK about this. They had told me a few months ago that webstat would become optional in their next be patch. Optional as in being able to view them from the web.
