Hi there !

when i try to view myurl :

http://ip/W-I/jsp/test.jsp (ip is my ip address)

I get the follwing error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /W-I/jsp/test.jsp on this server.

the file is /var/tomcat/conf/sites.xml.d/site.xml

I could not even run a simple .jsp file. what could be the problem ? should i do anything in the server ?

any help would be really appreciated.

Retry the url, get the error, then look in your server error log

usually called error_log

This will tell you something like:

/blah/blah.jsp - ExecCgi is not enabled in this directory...

or whatever the error is exactly.

From there, you should be able to fix the problem, if not, get back to me.
