Hi,
can someone help me? I recently installed kiss me and I've had several people complain that they cannot get into the server using an ftp program. I spent hours going over the information that I gave them and the settings on their FTP program and it all checked, but they cannot get access to upload or download their files. Yesterday an experienced webmaster said the same thing trying to get in using a ftp program. What's wrong and solution, Please!! I'm going crazy.

Does disabling KISS rules allow FTPing again?
Make sure you have ports 20 and 21 open.
Also .. have you tried to deactivate passive on the ftp client? ... shouldn't be the way as I tested Steves Kissmyfirewall and It allowed passive connections.

Thank you I have port21 open. I'll inform the client to click passive off and see what happens. Thank you

what about port 20?
