Hey gang, I setup cron to email the reports of the cron jobs. Mostly so I can test my backup scripts. I got this error for some reason with autorpm, anybody know what I should do to go about fixing it or what does it even do.

/etc/cron.daily/00webalizer:

Error: Unable to open DNS cache file /var/lib/webalizer/dns_cache.db
/etc/cron.daily/autorpm.cron:

Warning: deprecated command Replace_Arch() in /etc/autorpm.d/autorpm.conf on Line 32 AutoRPM will now always choose the best architecture it can for your machine.
ERROR: Cannot open config file /etc/autorpm.d/autorpm-updates.conf: No such file or directory

Also is there anything I could do about the webalizer error with the dns cache, I am guessing it has to do possibly with permissions?

upgrade your autorpm and redo the config file..you are using an older config file that has an option in it that is no longer needed by autorpm.

Well I downloaded and ran the new autorpm, like this
-Uvh *.rpm

but said that the same version was already on the box, so I just read some of the docs and I commented out the line for
Replace_Arch() and all seems to be fine icon_biggrin.gif

you know...if you comment out that line..and then configure autorpm to do so..it will just update itself....lol

or you could always have done -Uvh --force ... icon_biggrin.gif
