I am going to guess that I the servers will be available on friday (I believe they are probably almost ready now)..... It is normal for HS to string us along on information...but he has always been good about having the servers when he said he would have the servers (even if he does have to make half the dc staff work overtime to meet his commitment). (one exception I can think of ...was that one time when they couldn't get the ram to put the systems togther.).

For customers that have 2.5, will rackshack offer to update it to Plesk 5.0 for a upgrade fee?

There is currently no offical word...but I would bet that there will be a upgrade path...

I hope so cause right now I have 2 servers with both Plesk 2.5 and for some reason I have this problem...

My freind in canada can see 1 of the web sites on my server buy he cant see another web site on the same server. This come's and goes every so often but it happens on both servers.

Anyone know why this happen's and it seem's its just the plesk 2.5 software from what ive been told..
