I have a couple of very important questions:
1. I dont know if my name servers are correctly set up... im having trouble with dns... ok i got 2 dns ips from rs and registered them with my registrar and then switched my nameservers on my domain. The nameservers dont ping though but show up in the internic whois query. Meaning they havent propigated yet. Now i needed to know do i have everything setup right, in my setup i have ns.primitivehost.com & ns2 for primary and secondary name servers, master name server is blank, my name servers are enabled, under manage name servers i dont have anything under there, my resolver is on 127.0.0.1 (primary).
I also get an error saying that my hostname doesnt have a A entry (it says it could be becuase name servers are down.. still propigating) i never clicked manuly add entry so that popup always pops up and im waiting for the name servers to propigate and see if that error still comes up.
2. I need to know the path to each site so when a domain is still not propigated i can see the site from the ip address (i;e ip/www/user/index.html

first of all, sent ticket to RS and ask them to add it for you.
your primary ip ---> ns1.yourdomain.com
your second ip ---> ns2.yourdomain.com
Wait for about 24 hours for RS to update their database.
Then go to your domain registrar, add name server for you domain.
Then go back to your WHM, enter in ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com it it will work.

ping your nameserver now, if they still don't show up, meaning you set it up wrong.
aniway, with your attitude, i let you deal with it. Adios pal.:o
