Has anyone had an answer to - "is it possible" / "How much does it cost", to upgrade Plesk to unlimited domains? After all it does say "(*200 Domain License, Upgradable)" on the bottom of the page.

I'm not a RS customer, but have been considering purchasing either an AMD or Intel package. Despite emailing RS sales (about Plesk) - I haven't received a reply, hence this post.
A little sad really - from what I had read, I expected a little better from RS - is this the norm? or am I just unlucky this time?

Anyone offer any recomendations as to which set-up is the better option? (It will primeraly be used for transferring some of my existing hosting customers). I though about the 2 x H Drives, using the second for back-ups - any advice?

I always recommend people to get the AMD one, as it has the possibility to get upgraded to 1024 MB RAM ... and I'm not really certain who, beside people who want to re-sell space, needs more than a 20 GB HD !

yes plesk can be upgraded. i believe there are atleast one, if not several, threads discussing this. i dont believe an official price has been set, but it is expected to be a one time fee of $200 usd.

I've now received a reply from RS, four days after my original email - which to be honest, having to wait so long for sales enquiry - is not very impressive.

Anyway - the reply states


Which is bit 'odd' considering its advertising on the sales page?

I think I'll revisit RS when they've got their act together - misleading advertising and poor sales replies are not exactly endearing qualities.

i dont know why it took so long for you to recieve a reply, but you much consider that the email was sent over the weekend, so i dont believe sales emails are recieved until monday. as far as the misleading advertising, im not really sure what you are referring to. if you could please explain what you are refering to maybe someone can help you.
