I've just had a look in WHM at my 'view mail statistics'. Under Relayed Message it has:

1 localhost [127.0.0.1] admin@mydomain.com
=>mx2.hotmail.com[65.54.252.230]marko_de_parko@hotmail.com
1 localhost [127.0.0.1] admin@mydomain.com
=>mx3.hotmail.com[65.54.253.99] marko_de_parko@hotmail.com

This is the first time I've seen any entries under relayed messages. Is it something to worry about?.
