I want to distribute some files from my server using ftp. How can I make diferent accounts with a bandwidth quota per user and per month of 100 Mb ?

I would like all the accounts to share the same folders and not being able to download if they go over the 100mb limit.

Could someone explain me how to do this in an easy way, I'm a newbie in dedicated hosting.
