My Server was one that was "moved" last night. It went down at around 10:00pm PST and is still not up yet at 8:00am PST. I have called every number, went to the colo chat sesssions and the rackshack chat sessions and am told that everyone is in training. Sorry Customer but you will have to wait until the "training" is over.

This is BS! You guys are supposed to be supporting this MOVE! Where are you...why is my server still down.

This is just unacceptable!

Bummer Web'...

I was thinking when I got in the first batch that it would be better to be in one of the later batches.. It went pretty well..

Wonder what happened with yours?

I have complained about this and when I call over the phone... No one is ever picking it up.. I hope when we go cheap... the service is also cheap...

I think about moving back to my old hosting company.

I don't know Rackshack has any stratigic plans when they move the servers

My web server is down. Unable to start it...

I am really scared... about doing business with RACKSHACK..

Thanks

Geez, that's a bummer. I know what it's like trying to explain to clients why their site is down when there's nothing you can do about it. Kind of a helpless feeling.

I was lucky, my raq was only down for a couple of hours.

Glad to see your's is back up now.

With all the help you give people on this forum, you're that last person that deserves this kind of problem.

Thanks again for all your help Webbcite.

I appreciate the kind words, but it shouldn't matter who it is. The amount of time and effort it took to get the server back up was ridiculous. Very disappointing...

I don't like to make negative comments, but apparently that is what it took to get the situation resolved.

We do apologize for the extended downtime and I've already had a discussion with the migration team on making sure 100% that they're all online and kicking before even THINKING of leaving the colo.
