I get this error when I try to transfer an account from my Ensim server to my CPanel server using the CPanel transfer tool. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Thanks so much.

That's basically saying that it can't overwrite a symlink with a non symlink.
/home/username/www is a symlink in CPanel terms. This one is a bit tricky but you can try this.
Try the copy again.
As the user gets created, remove /home/user/www . When this gets done, you should have no problem finishing this.

I tried it but it didn't work icon_sad.gif

It just gave me a lot of errors complaining how it couldn't copy files to /home/username/www because it didn't exist icon_sad.gif

any more ideas?
