The date range for my urchin is stuck on 12/09/2002 - 12/15/2002 i have upgraded from the old version to current, used the howto from unofficial-support and still no luck any ideas???

Try checking the following:

Open up a log file from one of your virtual sites and check that it has valid data

Check the LogFormat option in httpd.conf exactly matches the line in the HOW-To

Check the scheduler in Urchin that the profiles are being processed.

Manually run a profile and have a look at Urchins output.

Tried that, still nothing! I told it to install on port 8080 it goes and installs it on 9999. Tried removing and installing from scratch, tried the latest version, even checked the log files from apache all seems fine!?!
