woohoo!
Totally forgot about the poll for this forum. Glad to see RS listens to their customers.
Anways, I have cPanel with modernbill for my billing manager. I used to have Perlbill but recently switched. So, what billing software do you guys use?
Just curious.

Modernbill... Of course, I'm using Ensim, but, still... If they every Offer Cpanel, I'm ALL Over a couple of those servers!!!
The latest version of Modernbill is really, quite nice. I really like the new skin for the clients and admin's to see, and use.

first off modernbill is a mickey mouse app. second Modern bill has the worst customer support ive ever dealt with, ask them a question? you get nothing but copy and paste replies, i never used their system and was billed for 4 months after my attempted cancelation, i then asked for a refund, and just got a copy and paste of their "how to cancel modernbill" even though i already canceled 4 months previous. so i had to call my card in stolen to force cancel since they wouldnt cancel me

talk about a pain in the booty
save yourself a headache, DO NOT GET MODERN BILL

kneesparx we can see you hate modernbill but you do not have to go dig up multiple old threads just to paste the EXACT same thing.

Hi,
I use BillThru
www.billthru.com for my recuring billing. It also allows me to do installment billing for custom projects.
I have tried Modernbill, I liked the auto creation of account but found it quite cumbersome.
The guys at billthru told me they are working on integration with cpanel to create accounts. I can’t wait to see that happen.

I use ModernBill but have to admit it's certainly not plug-n-play. Btw, kneesparx, it's definitely not a "mickey mouse app". It's very sophisticated sw that offers endless configuration, which is a prob for some ppl. Agree with Webbcite Perlbill is also an excellent choice (and less cumbersome than MB).
