Please post your comments on Rackshack's install. How polished is it? Any particular problems that install caused.....

another question, it seems that the $19 license is for 100 virtual sites only, what about the rest of the sites that could be hosted on the server? how much would the license be for them

You folks around here who want it should make sure that you order it by November 23 because after that date, the one-time fee of $19 goes up to $39.

I ordered Urchin today, although, since I was the one who guessed the answer to Head Surfer's "creature from the sea" teaser, I thought maybe they'd give me a license free!

Still, $19 ain't too shabby (I believe it's normally around $200) and Urchin is way nicer than Webalizer. Anyway, there is apparently a 7-10 day wait to activate.
Cheers,
-Reb

Hey Rebis let us know when you get it. Because there was a 7-10 day waiting period for my RAM upgrade but it happened within 24 hours. So I'm hoping that Urchin really won't take that long to wait on...

The Urchin software retails for $695 so a big thank you to the Head Surfer dude!!!
People, this is a smokin deal!
I've not used Urchin before but it's supposed to be excellent for my Miva stores.
Can't wait...

Apparently the price varies depending on who you are dealing with. But it's a great piece of sw. Reports look great with slick format, unlike Webalizer, and more in-depth. Well worth the measly investment. HS, keep lettin' those dogs out!

Are we supposed to download package directly from urchin and use the license code to activate or will RS provide the package from their servers?

Does this $19 include install do RS keys work on mainstream urchin installs? I've been asking RS but it's like getting blood out of a stone and no one knows.

I ordered the Celeron upgrade and Urchin. Can't wait for it to be installed! I'm sure there's more than the 24 hour wait because a lot of people are ordering it, so no big deal here to wait 7-10 business days.

from what I read in a chat, I think they are not installing Urchin yet, that is why the 7-10 days is up there

Anyone had the install done yet?
I hope this doesn't go the way of the Athlon->Celeron deal did!
