Hello,
How can I reset the access for a user's control panle after the user has been locked out by plesk?

A customer who has domains access via her site at say: https://www.domainName.com:8443 was locked out. I reset the password and edited client access but client still cannot login

Any suggestion appriciated

Use phpmyadmin (install a copy yourself so you have access to all databases) and open up the 'lockout' table in the 'psa' database. Delete any records from the table
