Cobalt Rack 4i - 20Gig - 256Mb RAM - FREE EXTRA 256Mb RAM!!!

I've just ordered this server but when verified RAM I found on it only 256MB... Who can I contact to solve this issue?!

Log into Members Area and file a Trouble Ticket with the appropriate selected area of concern.
