Rackshack is as you probably know the server branch of Everyone's Internet - ev1. I think this is done by a dialup user using the ev1 ISP - not related to Rackshack.

In any case, the best action is to send a note to abuse@ev1.net. As I understand it they don't generally read this user forum.

haha i got one of those it was on here when i woke up i was like wtf lol and it was advertising some site for programs for your windows pc lol how did they get my ip i wonder? i mean its not hard but do they just try a ton of ip's or what?
