Currently my server is psa v2.5.0_build020301.14 os_RedHat 7.2

If it would be possible for someone to post directions on upgrading to the new patches to fix any vunerabilites i would be SOO greatful. Detailed instructions would be greatly helpful.

Such info i need are commands to installing/backing up current files/troubleshooting.

Any problems faced in upgrading?

THANKS IN ADVANCE!
bobk
It couldn't be much easier. Download the backup/restore usitlities from Plesk, and run the backup.

CODE
tar -xvf {backup/restore util filename}

cd {directory created when extracting}

- read the .txt file or run /usr/local/psa/bin/psadump -h for the command syntax

/usr/local/psa/bin/psadump -F -f ~/fullpsadump (or choose another name for the backup file)

Then download the upgrade patch. Extract it:
CODE
tar -xvf psa_v2.5.5_build020809.15_os_RedHat_7.1_i686_patch.sh.tar
and run it. cd to the directory that was created when extracting, and then:
CODE
./psa_v2.5.5_build020809.15_os_RedHat_7.1_i686_patch.sh
Then you're done. My experience with it was totally painless, Plesk seems to write pretty good install scripts.

BTW, you want to download the patches for the "full install", not the RPM install.
