You could SSH in, su to root, kill the process(es), then add the IP(s) to the restricted list for sendmail.

OK, I have kill the process, but how can I add the IP(s) to the restricted list for sendmail?

Personally, I'd simply add the offending IP to my IPChains or IPTables list of blocked IP's. That'll keep them from having any access to your server. You do have a firewall installed hopefully. If not you definitely should.

On a plesk you are not running sendmail, so you can't add it to the list of bad ip's for sendmail. You could though add it to your badmailfrom for qmail.
