Has anyone had any trouble trying to change ip's for nameservers registered with verisign / nsi ?
I transfered my domain but the nameservers are still managed with nsi / verisign as they won't delete a nameserver if it's doing dns for any sites. which is a bummer... however the real problem is that i need to change the ip that one of my nameservers is on. i've been sending host changes for days and all they send back is a form letter stating something to the effect of their automated bot or some human will take care of it.
That's all i get though. it's been days! That's all they send. no hi, bye, go to blazes or anything. This used to be quick, but it's like going on a week. I know the info is correct.

Anyone got any suggestions? This is getting somewhat critical.
