I think all of the Raq's are connected via 10Mbit connections -- the specials just do not have a bandwidth limit. The only difference would be if they are on a different network provider.

I've read the raqs on the 300GB deal are connected to the network on a 100Mbps connection. I'm not 100% sure, though. It would be nice if that was spelled out somewhere on the RS site.

On the Rackshack web site in the members section -- take a look at your graphs -- they will tell you what connection speed the Raq is at.
My Raq is at 10Mbit -- this is hard set on the network card.

Well, the 4i has a 10/100 ethernet card and you're probably plugged into a 100Mbit switch. Perhaps RS doesn't want these puppies to push 100.

I saw the same 12.5Mbit max on my graphs. I don't think that is correct, since I've seen 50Mbps spikes in my traffic during a DOS attack.

Looking at the graph for my RAQ on a 100Mbps port, its 12.5 MBytes/sec... not bits.

Just thought I would help clear up the confusion.

Oh yeah. Weird. I'd love to be able to max out my 100Mbps connect at 12Mbytes/sec!
