I've requested to redirect mail that is been sent to a mail account on plesk will be redirected to different location.
I went to Mail Redirection, typed the requested email address and sent mail to see if it worked, nothing happened.
It was 3 hours ago, and I still didn't received the mail.
Can you help me with this?
I've also checked spam and Junk to see if it's there, but nothing.

I suppose a good test would be to send the same eMail to two adresses: directly and to that one beeing redirect. If both fail to get to the destination, then the problem is somewhere else.
