Has anyone else had a new server installed with Plesk 8.2 and attempted to upgrade or run the updater? I have recently obtained a new server and the error I get from attempting to run the updater is the following.

Error: There are no suitable product versions.

I know the upgrade path is there for other versions of RedHat and they upgrade to 8.4 fine, but for some reason this one does not and I have already migrated domains over from my old ensim box.

Any help would be good.

James,

I just purchased a new webserver and had the same issue as you. While working with the Planets Tech Support Department to fix this I discovered that it is the autoinstaller in Plesk 8.2. Please follow these instructions to fix your issue.

1) For Plesk 8.2 the URL is ftp://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Plesk8.2/, next look for coresponded OS folder, step into and download the latest psa_installer package. Download the file and replace current autoinstaller in /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller and /usr/local/psa/bin/autoinstaller with newly downloaded one.

2) restart httpd by either rebooting the server or from inside ssh

3) You are good to go.

Hope this helps.
